The Barrett Law Office is a sole attorney practice, led by William J. Barrett, Esq., located in the Central New York Village of Manlius.

About Us

Attorney William J. Barrett graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and has been practicing since his admission to the New York State Bar in February of 1994.  His practice is focused in the fields of Family Law, Matrimonial/Divorce Law and the defense of individuals charged with crimes from felonies to traffic infractions.

The Barrett Law Office is a family business. William s wife, Celeste Barrett manages the office and acts as liaison to theirclients.  Together, the Barretts are dedicated to providing compassionate, quality representation to each and every client.

Most cases are handled with a fixed fee retainer.  This provides clients with security in knowing the total fee for their case up front and eliminates surprise charges or unexpected additional fees midway through or at the disposition of their case.

In serving Central New York, The Barrett Law Office handles cases in Onondaga, Oneida, Madison, Cortland, Cayuga and Oswego Counties.  Additionally, the Office handles traffic cases in most Upstate New York Justice Courts.
